Terms of Service

1. Parties

This Agreement is entered into between the parties listed below under the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Buyer

Any individual or organization who registers on the Parel platform and purchases services. Buyer information is collected at registration and checkout.

By accepting this Agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that, upon confirming an order, they are obligated to pay the order amount and any applicable taxes or additional fees, and that they have been informed accordingly.

2. Definitions

The following terms shall have the meanings set forth below in the application and interpretation of this Agreement:

• Service: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, performed or agreed to be performed for a fee.
• Seller: The company providing services to consumers in the course of its commercial or professional activities.
• Buyer: Any natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.
• Site: The Seller's website (parel.cloud).
• Digital Goods: Software, API access credits, and similar intangible goods prepared for electronic use.

3. Subject Matter

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of the digital service (AI API access credits, subscription plans) that the Buyer purchases electronically through the Seller's website.

The prices listed and announced on the Site are the sale prices. The announced prices and representations are valid until updated or changed. Time-limited prices are valid until the end of the announced period.

The Buyer's name / legal name, address, and email information are collected electronically during registration and checkout.

6. Service Details

The essential characteristics of the service (plan type, credit amount, price) are published on the Seller's website.

6.1. Pricing

The prices listed on the Site are sale prices including applicable taxes where indicated. Prices remain valid until updated.

6.2. Payment

Payments are processed via secure payment infrastructure with credit and debit cards. Card details are not stored on Parel servers.

7. General Provisions

7.1. The Buyer confirms that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the service, the sale price, and the payment method on the Seller's website, and have provided the necessary electronic confirmation.

7.2. The digital service is activated immediately upon confirmation of payment. No physical delivery is involved.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Where the distance contract concerns the sale of a service, the Buyer may withdraw from the Agreement within fourteen (14) days by notifying the Seller, without providing any reason, provided that performance of the service has not yet begun.

9. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Services that are performed immediately in electronic form (once API usage has begun).
• Services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
• Intangible goods and digital content delivered to the consumer immediately.

10. Default and Legal Consequences

In the event that the Buyer defaults on payments made by credit card, the Buyer acknowledges that they will be liable for interest under the credit card agreement with their issuing bank, and that the bank may pursue legal action and claim related costs and attorney fees from the Buyer.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be addressed to the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts located at the Buyer's place of residence or the place where the consumer transaction took place. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall govern this Agreement.

12. Entry into Force

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement upon completing payment for an order placed through the Site. A copy of the Agreement is sent to the Buyer's registered email address.

13. Mobile App (iOS / Android) Additional Terms

• Apple Standard EULA: The Parel iOS app is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which governs all apps downloaded from the App Store. Apple is not a party to this agreement; only Aleonis Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. is responsible for the content and services Parel provides.
• Apple In-App Purchase refunds: Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple may grant refunds at its discretion within 90 days of purchase; beyond that window refund decisions remain at Apple's discretion. Aleonis Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. cannot directly approve refunds within Apple's discretion.
• Content ownership: All generated content belongs to the user and may be used commercially. Third-party model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, fal.ai, etc.) may impose their own license terms; users are responsible for reviewing the relevant provider's license before commercial use.
• Prohibited content: Generation of categories listed at parel.cloud/en/content-policy (CSAM, non-consensual likeness of real persons, terrorist propaganda, malicious software, etc.) is prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination; remaining balance may not be refunded.
• Push notifications: Used to notify you when generations finish. You may disable them at any time via iOS Settings → Notifications → Parel; core app functionality is unaffected.
• Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@parel.cloud; requests are processed within 30 days.
