From time to time, our company may send customers and members campaign information, updates on new services, and promotional offers. Members can opt in or out of such communications during registration, and can change this preference later from their account settings or via the unsubscribe link included in each message.

Security of Personal Data

Personal information transmitted to our platform electronically by our members, through the confirmation process on the platform or via email, will not be disclosed to third parties outside the purposes and scope determined by the "User Agreement" entered into with our members.

Use of IP Addresses

Our company records and uses the IP addresses of members to identify system-related issues and resolve problems that may arise regarding the service provided. IP addresses may also be used to identify users in a general manner and to gather comprehensive demographic information.

Credit Card Security

Our company prioritizes the security of credit cardholders who purchase services on our platform. Your credit card information is never stored in our systems.

SSL Security

Credit card information used during payment is encrypted independently from our platform using 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. Payments are processed through secure payment infrastructure. No card information can be viewed or recorded by us.

Third-Party Websites and Applications

Our platform may contain links to other websites. Our company assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of the sites accessed through such links.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the limited cases set out below, our company may disclose user information to third parties outside the provisions of this Privacy Policy:

  • To comply with obligations imposed by laws, statutory decrees, regulations, and other legal authorities;
  • To fulfill the requirements of the "Membership Agreement" entered into with users of our platform;
  • For a research or investigation duly conducted by competent administrative or judicial authorities;
  • Where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or safety of users.

Email Security

Never share your credit card information in emails sent to our platform. Information in emails may be visible to third parties, and our company cannot guarantee the security of such information.

Browser Cookies

Our company may use cookies to collect information about users who visit our platform. Cookies are used to facilitate navigation on our website and to save your preferences.

Mobile App (iOS / Android)

The Parel mobile app processes the following additional data:

  • In-App Purchase / Apple IAP: Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed via RevenueCat. We store only an anonymous app_user_id, transaction_id, and subscription status. Apple does not share your card details with us; we do not store them.
  • Push Notifications: To notify you when generations finish, we store an expo_token per device through Expo Push Notification Service. The token is removed when you sign out.
  • Camera & Photo Library Permission: Used only to send images you choose to upload to Parel. After a generation completes, source images are either deleted or kept encrypted in S3 (eu-central-1 in KVKK mode).
  • Microphone Permission: Used for voice-to-prompt input. Recording happens on-device; audio is sent to our servers only at transcription time (Faster-Whisper). We do not retain raw recordings.
  • Data Processors: Apple App Store, RevenueCat (IAP), Expo Push Notifications, Sentry (crash logs only), Mixpanel (anonymous usage analytics).
  • App Tracking Transparency (ATT): Parel mobile does not perform third-party advertising tracking and does not track users across other apps or websites, so it does not present an ATT prompt.
  • Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@parel.cloud; requests are processed within 30 days.

Our company may change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site.
