Cancellation, Refund, and Right of Withdrawal

When you purchase a service electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement made available to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of applicable consumer protection and distance contracts regulations, together with any other laws in force.
Service Description
Parel is a cloud-based artificial intelligence API service. Users purchase credits or subscribe to plans in order to access AI models via API. The service is performed immediately in digital form; there is no physical delivery.
Non-Payment of the Purchased Service
If the Buyer fails to pay for the purchased service or cancels the payment in the bank's records, the Seller's obligation to provide the service ceases.
Unauthorized Card Usage
If, after the service has been activated, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was used by unauthorized persons without the cardholder's consent, and the service fee is not transferred to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer's account will be suspended.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the Agreement within fourteen (14) days from the date of service activation, by notifying the Seller via the contact details below, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason.
A written notification by email to the Seller within fourteen (14) days is required to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal Period
For digital services, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the date the agreement is signed (i.e., the date of purchase).
Costs related to the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the Seller.
Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Services performed immediately in electronic form (once API usage has begun, i.e., at least one API call has been made).
- Services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
- Intangible goods and digital content delivered to the consumer immediately.
Refund Terms
The Seller is obliged to refund the total amount to the Buyer within fourteen (14) days of receiving the withdrawal notification.
If the Buyer paid by credit card, the refund is returned to the relevant bank within 14 days. The time required for the bank to transfer the amount to the Buyer's account may take 2–3 weeks.
Platform Credit Refunds
Monetary refunds are not available for credit packages purchased on the Parel platform. However, platform credits are refunded in the following cases:
- Credits spent on API calls that fail due to a technical error on the AI server side are automatically refunded.
- In the event of a platform-caused outage or error, credits are refunded for affected usage.
- Credits are not refunded for errors caused by the user's own usage (e.g., incorrect parameters, invalid requests).
Credit refunds are added to the user's Parel account credit balance. They are not converted to cash.
Subscription Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the cancelled period. Remaining credit balance may be used until the end of the billing period.
Default and Legal Consequences
In the event that the Buyer defaults on payments made by credit card, the Buyer acknowledges that they will be liable for interest under the credit card agreement with their issuing bank, and will be responsible to the bank accordingly.
Payment
Payments are processed via secure payment infrastructure with credit and debit cards. Card details are not stored on Parel servers.
